Our Lady of
Mercy Senior Gems is a social group of persons Fifty (50) years or better whose
objectives are to promote fun and fellowship among the members and to be in
communication with the parish providing support and service where or whenever
needed.

Membership
is open to all persons Fifty (50) and better who are active members of Our Lady
of Mercy parish or anyone sponsored by an active member of the Senior Gems.
Ø
Membership
dues are Fifteen (15) dollars per year.
Ø
Meetings
are held at
Ø
After
the business meeting refreshments are served and there are usually informative
and entertaining activities presented. These consist of guest speakers, health
information talks, and financial information presentations, musical and/or
dance performances, etc.
Ø Various outside activities are planned throughout the year, such as attending shows, visiting historical places, museums, attending luncheon and dinner outings on special occasions. etc

December 10th: Annual Christmas Party & Luncheon
There will
be a luncheon at 12:00 Noon
catered by 'Catering with Elegance'. Cost for the luncheon is $12.75 payable
at/or before our November 12th meeting, so we will know how much
food we need to order. If you plan on attending and won’t be at the November
meeting, please contact Marilyn Larkin at 630-978-4201 before November 21st.
After our luncheon Larry Harris will lead us in singing Christmas Carols
